Naturally occurring inter-tidal landscape structures can be severely damaged by unnatural growth patterns that result from agricultural run-off.
The multispectral camera enabled monitoring of the anthropogenic impact of agricultural systems on sensitive ecosystems, a large proportion of which are intrinsic to coastal management and flood minimisation.
This service will be highly valuable to landowners in both the public and private sector, conservation organisation and those with a statutory responsibility for coastal and estuarine areas. The equipment was also able to identify Bronze age remains and the drone helped to take stunning pictures of the local coastline and scenery.
I was expertly guided through the whole process from application to delivery by the KEEP+ team. Their professional approach made it a real pleasure and I was so pleased they were able to visit and see the results we have achieved with their help.
