We wanted to review our entire business processes to bring it into the 21st century and make it more efficient.
The valuable advice gained enabled us to improve upon our environmental policy across all revenue streams and made our office functions more efficient and refined, allowing opportunity for strategic growth and brand expansion. We have made our branding stronger by differentiating between divisions and enabling us to seek more prestigious contracts.
We have been able to recruit a Business Development Manager to help sales generation and operations and we have a renewed vision for the business as a whole. This has created a more secure future for our employees and given us greater possibility for growth and reinvigorated brand awareness.
KEEP+ and the support given has not only provided general advice, but it has also provided a relatively small business with new vision and hope for greater achievements/possibilities in the future.
